The Consignment Process

1. Submit Your Items: Send clear photos and a brief description of your items to info@cardenasauctions.com, or schedule an appointment for an in-person review at our Miami office.

2. Evaluation & Estimate: Once received, our specialists will evaluate your items, conduct market research, and provide a preliminary auction estimate. If accepted, we’ll walk you through the consignment terms.

3. Drop-Off or Pickup: Consignments can be dropped off by appointment or, for qualified collections, picked up by our team. We offer full-service inventory handling and secure storage until sale.

4. Marketing & Sale: Your items are professionally photographed, cataloged, and promoted to our international buyer network via LiveAuctioneers and our website.

5. Payment: After the auction concludes and payment clears, consignors are paid promptly according to the terms in your consignment agreement.
